Lovely old Chateau in bucolic setting. Interesting hosts, whose world travels are displayed throughout the house in hundreds of photos. They are very sweet, though they speak surprisingly (given their travels) little English. Not that we have room to talk, considering our limited French. The rooms are comfortable; however, because of their authenticity, not air conditioned, which means bugs will enter through the open windows--the price you pay for staying in a place once owned by one of Napoleon's generals. Overall, we were glad we had the experience!

Gerard

The owners were very welcoming, and the chateau is very authentic and beautifully decorated with history from the owners' expansive travels. In the grounds you can find pretty much anything you're looking for, from a relaxing lounge by the lake to a refreshing swim in the pool. The beds are very comfortable, with a very nice bathroom and several towels and robes at your disposal. The perfect place to live out your 18th century fantasy with amicable hosts and comfortable facilities.

The castle is beautiful, the owners are very friendly. They have a collection of their photos around the world on the walls. I could have spent hours looking at them. The room was fine, I had a feeling of being at home with wooden floors and carpets, which was good. The grounds are nice. There are swans on the pond and a swimming pool.

Mumtoz

Our third time. A beautiful chateau in wonderful grounds with a boating lake and swimming pool. It is run by a lovely couple who have been travelling the world all their lives and have fillled it with photographs and artefacts.

Charles

Amazing French breakfast served in a beautiful room by the most nice, kind and elegant French lady. My experience at the castle was incredible. I'll definitively be back. Thanks for everything !
